Samsung Canada was inspired by other markets who were already seeing a huge ROI from Increasingly’s AI Bundling tool. The Performance Marketing team were keen to emulate this success and test AI Bundling on their channels. The objective was to make it easier for customers to find personalised product combinations, based on their individual needs.
By giving their customers a better online experience they hoped to not only increase revenue, but to also prove the incremental value of the technology.
