The job and its impact

  • You will be helping onboard our growing list of retail brands & also managing their needs from using our product on a day-to-day basis.
  • Our customers are used to receiving a fanatical level of service from us. We want you to build on that, make it yours & take it to an entirely new level.
  • And, we want you create, build & train a team of people who share the same passion for delivering a delightful level of service to our customers.
  • We will expect you to upsell our customers & to grow their account value over time with new products & services we offer.
  • We want to work with you to help us build products & services which help our customers get more from our product.
  • You will be doing a lot of phone calls, video calls & meetings in person in the form of account reviews, selling new opportunities & delivering on customer requests.
  • You will liaise with the tech team to get performance data, reports & optimisation data to our clients. If they’re unhappy, you will pull all the strings you need to, in order to fix that.

What essential skills you need

  • Your English needs to be dumbfoundingly flawless.
  • We really value wit, charm & charisma. It’s what helps smooth things over when they don’t go to plan. You must be naturally personable & very quick to build rapport.
  • We’d like you to have at least 6-8 years’ experience supporting & onboarding customers onto a technically complex implementation.
  • We’d like to you have some experience in sales driven account management as it would really help.
  • You have great customer empathy, a proven persuasion ability, and can guide and reassure, whilst always acting with integrity
  • You have high emotional intelligence, are creative & have great problem-solving abilities. You can think on your feet in pressured situations to find solutions.
  • You’re persistent & not easy to shake off. You care about each & every successful customer and you’ll do whatever it takes to get them over the line.
  • You understand e-commerce & its jargon and take an interest in SaaS.
  • You are comfortable working in a fast paced, target driven environment.
