As part of a new blog series, each month we’re sitting down with our Culture Champion to explore their achievements at Increasingly so far and why they love doing what they do! First up is Prem Kujur, Director of Onboarding Experience at Increasingly.
What does winning Culture Champion🏆 mean to you?
It’s an overwhelming feeling, to say the least! I was very surprised to be nominated amongst the many talented people in my team. The culture at Increasingly is infectious. Despite working predominantly remotely and not having actually met most of them in real life, it feels really collaborative and has been a real pleasure to work alongside everyone.
What exciting work has led you to win this month?
There’s so much happening so it’s hard to place a finger on one thing. January has been a month of learning so we can hit the ground running this year. Collectively as a team, we’ve delivered one of the most demanding implementations so far.
Are there any colleagues you’d like to shout out📣?
It wouldn’t be fair to take the credit for last month’s successes alone. I have to shout out the team, Anup, Shashi, Guruprasad, Vivek, Nithin, Naveen, Deeksha, Garima, Premnath and Nitish. I’d also like to give a special shout out to Alastair, Shreehari and Renuka, who are the silent heroes that never let the team lose track of their goals.
What important lessons💡 have you learned at Increasingly so far?
From my very first day at Increasingly I’ve learned so many things from my colleagues here. The most important lesson for me was to keep an open mind – sometimes un-learning is key to growth!
What advice would you give to someone looking to join Increasingly?
Joining Increasingly will provide you with an environment where you can thrive professionally, working with some amazing people whilst being guided by exceptional leaders and mentors who champion your success. We don’t shy away from hard work and continually look for ways to disrupt the industry, so you’ll need to be prepared to get stuck in – but you’ll have a lot of fun doing so!
